a. Develop Communication/Pr Strategy.
This summer the Network will be setting up a communication group to undertake the following:

Internal Communications Policy

· Steering Group to Working Groups and WG's to SG.
· Among Staff - system formalised.
· Disseminating info to members.
· Databases / e-mails/ Website update / access
· Access to information

External Communications Policy:

· Who represents Network to Public and Media.
· Communication, re Tenders, Ad's, ,
· Rep of Network at other foras.
· Standard Design / Format / Branding for Communication, e.g. use of Logo.
· Publications standard - agreed foreword etc.
· Press releases
· Funding applications
· Engaging with State Agencies
· Member use of Network as 'Reference'
· Launches and Events - procedure for managing.

PR Strategy

· Developing the Newsletter
· Publicity materials
· Developing other PR mechanism (local events/ media etc.
